Revenue and Expenditure in Cash
The revenue and expenditure details record the transaction flowing of cash and vouchers over time, for inflow and outflow of the account.
When viewing the revenue and expenditure in cash, you can either overview all revenue and expenditure in cash or check the transaction information under specific conditions by specifying the time period, transaction type and transaction channel.
Note: There may be a delay of several minutes for the record after the transaction occurs.
- Click the "Revenue and Expenditure Details" in the navigation on the left to check the record of transactions in cash.

You can filter the transaction record by selecting the following:
- Select time: Select the start date and the end date, and click "OK"; the first day of the month is the start date, and the date when the record is checked is the end date by default.
- Transaction type: Select "All" to view records of all transaction types; select "Consumption", "Recharge", "Refund"and "Withdraw" to view the corresponding type of records.
- Channel type: Select "All" to view the transaction records of all channel types; select "Account Balance" to view the transaction records paid with the account balance; select "Third Party Payment" to view the transaction records paid through third parties.
The displayed items of details of the revenue and expenditure in cash are explained as follows:
- Number: The unique number to identify the revenue and expenditure in cash, making it easy to locate all revenue and expenditure in cash.
- Time: Display the specific time when the transaction occurs, accurate to seconds.
- Product: Display the corresponding product at the time of the transaction.
- Transaction type: Select "Consumption", "Recharge", "Refund"and "Withdraw" to view the corresponding type of records.
- Amount: Display the amount generated from the transaction.
- Channel type: Displaying "Account Balance" means the transaction being viewed is completed through account balance payment; displaying "Third Party Payment" means the transaction being viewed is completed through third party payment.
- Balance: The remaining amount in your account after the transaction.
Revenue and Expenditure of Vouchers
When viewing the revenue and expenditure of vouchers, you can either overview all revenue and expenditure of vouchers or check the transaction information under specific conditions by specifying the time period and voucher number.
- Click "Revenue and Expenditure of Vouchers" in the tab on the top to view the details of revenue and expenditure of vouchers.

You can filter the revenue and expenditure of vouchers by selecting the following:
- Select the time period: Select the start date and the end date, and click "OK"; the first day of the month is the start date, and the date when the record is checked is the end date by default.
- Voucher number: Enter the voucher number in the search box to view the revenue and expenditure records of the voucher.
The displayed items of details of revenue and expenditure of vouchers are explained as follows:

- Amount: Display the amount generated from the transaction.
- Balance: The remaining amount of the voucher.
